“Summer afternoon—summer afternoon; to me those have always been the two most beautiful words in the English language.”
― Henry James

“It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us the freedom of the press.
It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.”

Love in London! I’m a little behind, but had to post a few pictures of Poppy Delevingne’s wedding last weekend to long time boyfriend, James Cook. I saw a few pictures on Pinterest, but I didn’t realize that her custom Chanel wedding gown had a detachable skirt! So beautiful and unexpected. She also had 17 bridesmaids, including her supermodel sister, Cara Delevingne. Doesn’t she look like Sienna Miller’s twin?!
I recently discovered an amazing photographer named Ashely Woodsen Bailey. She captures beautiful floral arrangements and offers dark and light limited edition prints. So lovely. The dark lighting makes them look like they’re right from the Renaissance! Isn’t this magenta bouquet gorgeous with the dark walls? Check out her work here: http://www.ashleywoodsonbailey.com/. Beautiful.
